Transplant of a 200-year-old Monterey Cypress to a signature position guarding the 18th green.
Reforestation of two golf course properties and hotel property at an exclusive South Carolina resort. The project involved transplanting 300+ 16'-26' existing oak species from difficult sand/high water table conditions to a staging area and finally to the golf courses and resort areas under construction.
When Koll Development Company of Dallas, Texas tackled a major renovation project of an existing corporate campus in Plano, Texas, they employed the giant tree transplanting services of Environmental Design to maximize the desired aesthetic impact while controlling cost.
