Project Requirements

The Sea Island Company's concept of high-end golf community on the picturesque St. Simons Island, Georgia called for the preservation and relocation of 100's of mature oak trees.

Project Process

Environmental Design was called in and over the course of several years, moved 100's of mature trees for the Tom Fazio designed golf course, the newly constructed stables and boat house, re-forested residential lots, and lakeside properties.
