Territory Branch Manager

Environmental Design is currently seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Territory Branch Manager to establish and operate a local Operations center in the greater Washington, D.C. region.  Moderate regional travel is required for success in this role.  This position’s main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Drive top-line growth to meet and exceed regional sales objectives
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional business relationships with commercial and residential developers, contractors and consultants
  • Effectively and accurately forecast sales and project schedules
  • P&L responsibility
  • Oversee operations activity
  • Preparation and presentation of sales and operations reports for Senior Management Team
  • Facilitate high-level customer meetings, as well as customer presentations

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-5 years of account management/business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of personnel, both internal and external to the company
  • Professional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Exellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfort with presenting product and service information in an individual and group setting
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solid problem solving & decision making skills
  • Proficient with MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record, as well as current form of transportation
